To this end, the figure of the Augmented Reality (AR) Personal Shopper is created through which the seller obtains extra information about products and establishments through augmented reality glasses. Thanks to a connection system based on 5G technology, the same information is sent to the buyer together with the augmented reality interface, so that he can view it on his device (smartphone or tablet) and communicate with the seller via video conference. This communication is possible thanks to a system created by 5G infrastructures, taking advantage of the speed of this technology that allows the exchange of high resolution and high quality information with minimal latency.
This pilot takes place in the Boquería market in Barcelona.
